How can I recover the virtual console games on my Wii if I get a new one?

Well if you have an SD card, you can try to turn on your old Wii and save your games to the SD card, then transfer them onto your new Wii. If that's not possible you can call nintendo and I'm sure they can help you.
This page has nintendo contacts you can email or call: http://www.nintendo.com/corp/contact.jspIf you where signed up with Club nintendo on your old wii, all you have to do is sign in with the shop channel and select 'games you've downloaded' and then your games will be there. If you didn't sign up for club nintendo, then take your SD card and copy all your games from your old wii then put them on your new wii. if your old wii doesn't turn on, then your outta luck.I'm sorry to report that Virtual Console & WiiWare titles are tied to the Wii that purchased them.
Officially, you cannot transfer them without getting Nintendo involved & they'll be VERY RELUCTANT to assist anybody due to DRM restrictions...
I hate to say this, but you're going to need to re-purchase all your VC games.
