Snorlax is based on an American.Well I know 3 of them that are based off Spanish numbers. Artic-uno, zap-dos, mol-tres. Also you know the pokemon ekans spelled backwards is snake, Arbok spelled backwards is cobra. if you put all of abras evolutions together it makes abra kadabra alakzam. You know the famous magic catch phrase. And hmmmm theres many more you should look it up
