Anyone with an .edu email address can signup for an Amazon Prime account free for one year. Normally Amazon Prime is about .99. Amazon Prime products qualify for free 2-day shipping and if you want it overnighted, it's only and extra .99. That's super cheap even if was for regular shipping.

Just signed up for Amazon Student (free 1 year of Amazon Prime) but will I be billed after the year?

I deal with Amazon all the time, they're a very up-front company. But as with any agreement like that you have to remember to cancel, before the freebie expires & they start charging.

That deal sounded like a good one to me, unfortunately I'm not a student.
