RUNNING IN PLACE has never been so much fun, especially if you can laugh at the sight of someone else doing it while they're playing Microsoft's gesture controlled Kinect game. The Kinect demonstration was given by Microsoft Xbox employee Andy at Amazon's Christmas Wish List event. For £129.99 owners of an Xbox 360 can buy the Kinect 'center' that has the all-important camera sensor and a game called Kinect Adventures, which includes white water rafting, driving and, er, bowling. The camera detects and recognises the players' body movements and can monitor two people playing at the same time. Other games that will be available to buy are Kinect Sports, which includes the hurdles race seen in the video, Kinect Joy Ride, and MTV Games' and Harmonix's Dance Central. Video Rating: 3 / 5
